Omega fatty acids cannot be produced by the four-legged friends themselves, so they must be supplied to the body through food. Regarding the amount of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids - the oilier the fish, the more fatty acids it contains. Sprat is considered a "fatty fish" and therefore has a high content of omega fatty acids. Small marine fish are recommended not only for their essential fatty acids, but they also contain a lot of vitamins and minerals.
