Delivery information
Orders and payment
- Please pay immediately after placing your order and include the order number as the payment reference.
- Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the invoice.
- Order processing time: 2–3 working days.
- You can request a preferred delivery date or time at checkout. We will do our best to arrange it.
Courier delivery
- Frozen food deliveries take place Monday to Friday.
- There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- The courier will send a message and call before delivery.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by emailing [email protected] or calling +371 27 72 33 15.
- Cancellation at the time of delivery is not available — full payment is required even if the products are not accepted.
